These are the morning glories
that grow on my fence near
my studio. The fence is under
a lot of native cedar and oak
trees that grow profusely at
my home. In the warm
summer mornings as the sun
breaks through the trees, the
morning glories are brightly
illuminated. On this particuar
day it looked as if they had
been sprinkled with gold.
Their intense blue and violet
colors reminded me of stars
that were shining in the bright
sunlight.
